Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy: We do not charge a deposit to book but require your credit card details. The day PRIOR to arrival, the provided credit card will be charged the total accommodation. Please call Reception in advance to make alternative payment arrangements.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to two days prior to check-in, no fees will be charged and you will receive a full refund of deposit.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, as a penalty the deposit of one night's stay will not be refunded.

Location Instructions: Upon arrival, there is parking located at the rear. There is a doorbell located at the rear entrance. Otherwise, at the front entrance, please follow the signed instructions for the intercom system. Our check-in hours from 2:00PM to 5:00PM, 7 days a week. Alternative arrangements can be made with a simple call in advance.

Pre-authorisation: We require a credit card to be presented on arrival for a pre-authorisation of $150. If you do not have a credit card, we require a cash deposit and a copy of photo ID. Our pre-authorisation allows for the placement of cardholder funds on hold for a pre-determined time, giving us the option of completing the transaction at a later date should there be any incidentals or extra charges. The money is not debited from your account at this point but held until final payment is processed; however, should no payment be taken the money will automatically release after 4 - 10 business days.

Liability: The person whom signs the booking slip is liable for all incidentals and extras incurred by any of their party.

Parking: Each apartment has its own designated car park space assigned to you upon check-in.

Apartment: The apartment cannot be used for any unlawful activities and/or exceed the maximum occupancy. No animals or pets are allowed on the premises and in the apartments.

Non-smoking: These are non-smoking apartments; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony while the balcony door is shut.  Deodorising fees of $200 apply for any odour carried into the apartment.  The whole building is covered by closed circuit TV cameras and is also fitted with sensitive smoke alarms that will be triggered by smoking within the building.  Any alarm trigger that is caused by smoking in the building will result in an automatic visit from the fire brigade.  This costs $2000 and will be charged to the offending guest.

Personal property: Laguna Serviced Apartments is not liable for any personal loss or damage of guest goods.

Credit Card Surcharge: A 3% credit card surcharge applies for Amex, JBC or Diners transactions only.

If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must vacate the apartment immediately. Laguna Serviced Apartments is authorised to enforce eviction of any Guest and removal of Guest property if there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
