9TH & 10THJULY, 2016

The ultimate paddock-to-plate experience will take place in July this year moving away from the Hampton Festival for 2016 so diners can experience Hampton's winter offering.

The Hampton Winter Harvest Long Lunch will be held on the weekend of 9th and 10th July 2016 with two lunch events taking place on the Saturday and the Sunday.

Meeting at Chapman Park in Hampton, guests will be transported by coach to a local farm where you will enjoy the winter morning gaining a grassroots insight into local farm produce.

Our passionate farmers will share their story and you will learn more about local production techniques.

After the farm walk you will sit down to a stylish and sumptuous three-course banquet lunch prepared using Hampton's harvest by well-known celebrity chef, Matt Golinski.

Matt's close friend and fellow chef Glen Barratt from Wild Canary will be joining him. Matt and Glen's mutual love of discovering great produce and getting to know the people who create it means they often team up for events such as the Hampton Long Lunch.

Each course will be matched perfectly to regional award winning wines, and the winemakers will be on hand to explain the motives behind these food and wine pairings.

Come and breathe the clean mountain air and savour an outstanding showcase of Hampton produce in a tranquil, high country setting.
